TDS Value and Water Quality Table

Pure Water: TDS value should be below 50ppm.
Mineral Water: TDS value is usually between 100ppm and 200ppm.
Tap Water: Qualified TDS value should be below 300ppm.

The values of TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) water quality tester and the water quality rating standards are as follows:

TDS Value Range (ppm)	Water Quality Type and Rating
0 – 50	Pure water, very pure water quality, suitable for drinking.
50 – 100	Mineral water or high-quality drinking water, good water quality, contains certain minerals.
100 – 300	Tap water, average water quality, suitable for daily drinking.
300 – 600	Poor water quality, may contain more impurities, bad taste.
600 – 1000	Poor water quality, may contain more soluble salts and impurities.
>1000	Very poor water quality, not suitable for drinking.

The TDS value can only reflect the content of total dissolved solids in the water and does not fully represent the safety of water quality.
The measurement results of the water quality tester may be affected by factors such as water temperature. It is recommended to conduct the measurement at around 25℃.
