The default setting for the Auto ON/OFF feature turns the lights on at 6:30 AM and off at 11:30 PM. This product is ideal for use in freshwater aquariums and planted tanks.

Quick Set:

After being out of the box and plugged in, the light turns on in an auto cycle. You can alter the time for the daylight and moonlight cycles. Then place it on top of your aquarium and leave it. The light operates automatically with the default settings.

However, if you find the 6:30 am light is too early, you can change the time and moonlight preset color. For details, please refer to the user manual.

STANDARD MODE

DAY & MOONLIGHT CYCLE

At the default auto cycle, you can use the daylight and moonlight options to create your own custom 24-hour light cycle, altering the auto on/off time and adjusting the light color for the moonlight option.

Preset lighting automatically turns on at 6:30 AM and automatically turns off at 11:30 PM. The light can be set to turn on and off at the designated time, allowing your fish to rest.

Daylight light color: 100% white full spectrum light. You cannot choose colors or brightness. Moonlight preset color: 100% blue. You can alter light color. It is available in blue, red, green, cyan, yellow, and purple.

NOTE:

Restore Factory Default Settings: press the up and down buttons at the same time until “SOP” shows up, and unplug the adapter jack. Light will restore to the factory default setting and auto-turn on at 6:30 am.

DIY MODE

DIY CYCLE

In ‘DIY mode,’ you can use eight time slots to create your own custom 24-hour light cycle, adjusting ‘on/off’ and light intensity for each slot. DIY mode: L1-L6 slots are full spectrum, while L7 and L8 slots are blue light . You cannot choose colors; you can only alter the brightness at certain times.

To use DIY mode, the auto cycle must be turned off. To keep a specific time range light out, just set the brightness to 00.

MULTIPLE FUNCTIONS

BRIGHTNESS

There are a total of 10 levels of brightness for your option: 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50%, 60%, 70%, 80%, 90%, and 100%. Create the best brightness for your plants and fish.

FINE-TUNE LIGHTING

At the daylight and moonlight mode, it can be programmed into fine-tune lighting mode.

White full-spectrum light with RGB LEDs. The middle arrays of RGB LEDs can be turned into blue, red, or green by pressing the “light setting” button. This function allows aquarium hobbyists to adjust the best result according to their needs.

Resetting local time can be programmed back to the default setting.

COLOR GRADIENT LOOP

At the daylight and moonlight modes, it can be programmed into color gradient loop mode.

Keep pressing the “Light setting” button until the lighting mode switches into dark red lighting mode and the color gradient cycle begins. The middle arrays of RGB LEDs slowly turn from red into purple, blue, cyan, green, yellow, and orange, a continuous circulation of color gradient.

LCD DISPLAY TIMER

The integrated timer allows multi-function (daylight, moonlight time setting, custom light color and intensity, fine-tuned lighting, color gradient loop, and DIY mode) to be realizable.

The timer provides a slow ramp up and down that prevents light shock and gently acclimates fish to bright lighting. Memory function keeps local time in sync and remembers the programming of daylight, moonlight mode, and DIY mode, except for fine-tune lighting mode and the color gradient loop schedule.

BRIGHT LEDS

Premium LEDs consist of 2850 LEDs, 5050 LEDs, and RGB LEDs. Together it emits bright light for your aquariums. Energy efficient, can last up to 30000 hours of lighting. 6500k-10000k light spectrum is ideal for raising aquatic plants and freshwater fish. The IP68 water-resistant coating allows light with no fear of splashing or dropping. Please don't use it as a submersible light.

EXCELLENT HEAT DISSIPATION

The fully encased 1.2 mm thickness aluminum shell where the heat sink was fixed onto helps to transfer the heat of the LED bulbs so as to reduce light decay and extend their service life. The light housing is hot, which indicates its excellent cooling performance.

This system has adjustable mounting legs, which can be used in aquariums with widths of 12-18 inches, 18-24 inches, 24-30 inches, 30-36 inches, 36-42 inches, and 48-55 inches.

WATER-RESISTANT SHELL

IP68 water-resistant rating. No need to worry about splashes or other accidental drops of water. Note that the power connector is not waterproof; be careful not to drop it in water.

DC ADAPTER

The low-voltage DC adapter makes our light applicable for 100-240 volts, safe to use, and low in energy consumption, saving on electric bills.
