Termination & Modifications
Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice. Aqualista reserves the right to remove or update content if product quality issues arise or if products are discontinued. Partners must notify us of significant product changes or recalls immediately.
Liability Disclaimer
Aqualista is not liable for:
- Product defects, injuries, or damages resulting from product use
- Inventory, shipping, or customer service issues (these remain the brand's responsibility)
- Changes in affiliate program terms by third-party networks (Amazon, etc.)
- Performance guarantees regarding traffic or sales conversions
